PRINTMART operates as a white-label procurement platform. This policy ensures that customer and partner identities remain protected throughout the sourcing process.

1. Identity Protection

Verified Production Partners (VPPs) never see customer identity. Customers never see VPP identity, internal margins, or production partner pricing details.

2. PRINTMART Owns the Relationship

All communication, branding, and dispute resolution is managed under the PRINTMART brand. PRINTMART remains the single point of contact for both buyers and partners.

3. Confidentiality

Users must not disclose identities, quotes, or order details obtained through the platform outside of approved platform workflows.
